Pre-Schoolers Group
We hold meet ups for 0 to 5 year olds with Down's Syndrome every 2 weeks during term time.

Our groups take place at;
Trinity Methodist Church

Bournemouth
BH6 5AQ

Throughout the year we arrange for experts to come into our groups to provide advice to parents including physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, music therapists and portage workers from the local authority.
​
Siblings who are under 5 are welcome to join.
Breakfast Disco
What better way to start the weekend than with pastries and dancing! We hold regular Breakfast Discos with Comotion Dance which are suitable for all ages. They are a great opportunity for kids (and big kids!) to let their hair down and have a great time together.

Day Trips
Open to members and their siblings of all ages we organise day trips and offer experiences our members may not otherwise be able to access.

Our recent trips have been to Adventure Wonderland, High Mead Community Farm, The Treehouse and Chessington World of Adventures (with thanks to Merlin's Magic Wand).

A Downright Perfect Christmas Party
Every year we host a Christmas Party which is open to our members, their siblings and close family.

With entertainment, festive activities, crafts, snacks and a visit from Santa we provide an inclusive opportunity for our families to have some Christmas fun.
World Down's Syndrome Day
21st March (being the 21st day of the 3rd month which represents the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome which causes Down's Syndrome) we come together as a community to celebrate World Down's Syndrome Day.​
