PRIVACY POLICY

We take our responsibility to properly and legally handle your information seriously.  Please see our policy for information about the type of data we collect and store about you and the basis on which we do this.

FINANCIAL GRANT REVIEW POLICY

We are delighted to offer financial grants to help towards the costs of accessing therapies and resources.  Please see our Financial Grant Review Policy to find out how we review and determine applications.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

Due to the nature and structure of our charity, situations may arise where there is a conflict of interest.  Please see our Conflict of Interest Policy to find out how we deal with such situations.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

As a board of trustees we do everything we can to ensure that we are always working in the best interests of Downright Perfect.  If you have any concerns or complaints about the way we work or anything else related to the charity we want to know about it. Please see our Complaints Policy for details as to how to raise a concern.
