Financial Grants for Therapies
There is a huge amount of benefit to be gained by children with Down's Syndrome accessing professional support to aid development from an early age.
We are proud to be able to offer financial grants for those living in Dorset and surrounding areas (BH or DT postcodes) to subsidise the costs of accessing therapies. Grants are available for any professional services which are aimed at supporting a child's early development including; physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy and music therapy.
Most children will be offered therapies through the NHS but it can often take a while for this support to start and parents may feel that their child would benefit from more regular input.

Financial Grants for Equipment & Resources
Children with Down's Syndrome often benefit from access to specialist equipment, sensory toys or resources to support their development.
We are delighted to be able to offer financial grants to those living in Dorset and surrounding areas (BH or DT postcodes) to help with the costs of such resources. This would normally be an item which has been recommended by one of your child's professionals (e.g. Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist).
