About the event
Prof Sue Buckley will join us to provide an overview of how Down’s Syndrome impacts speech, language and reading and how they develop from infancy to young adulthood. This information sets the scene for developing effective, evidence based and targeted interventions from the first year of life through school years including the See & Learn and RLI programmes. These 2 programmes will be explained including how to move from one to the next.
DSEI is an internationally-recognised charity dedicated to raising levels of educational achievement among children with Down syndrome.
