As part of our application to Merlin for tickets for DRP Members to visit Chessington, we have been asked to collect details of those who are interested in coming. Our application has not yet been approved and may be rejected. We can only apply for tickets for people who have not previously applied

About the event
This form is for you to tell us whether you are interested in tickets to Chessington IF our application is successful.
We do not know what date the tickets would be for and will not be able to choose the date.
By expressing your interest you are not committed to coming if you are not able to attend on the allocated date.
Tickets would only be available for the following (these are Merlin's rules not ours):
Your family member with Down's Syndrome is between 2 and 18 years old only
Parents or legal guardian (does not extend to grandparents etc even if they are attending in the place of parents)
